Returns and Delivery


Standard shipping is 3-5 business days by Royal Mail 2nd class delivery, please note this is the despatch time, please allow additional time for the delivery itself. If you need something for a specific date then please get in touch.



Please contact us if you have any issues with your purchase and we will do our best to help you. Requests must be made within 14-days of receipt of your order. Should you change your mind and a refund is agreed, return postage costs will be the responsibility of the customer and postage of the original order will not be part of the refund, this will be automatically deducted. Refunds will only be made upon receipt of the item in original condition, unworn and in the original packaging. For hygiene reasons, refunds or exchanges can not be accepted on any earrings unless faulty.

If an item you receive is faulty, please contact us via the Contact page to let us know as soon as possible. Please include a photo as it is helpful to see the issue. All our jewellery is handmade and undergoes careful checks, however faults can occur or items can be damaged in the post.

All items are handmade and unique and therefore there may be slight differences to images shown, however all will be made to the same colours and specifications.
